Single Sign On (SSO) Authentication

NS1 supports SAML 2.0 Single Sign On (SSO) authentication for the management portal. SSO is a form of access control that lets users login to services and applications using a single source of authentication. SSO functionality is currently only available to NS1 Enterprise customers.

The use of SSO offers heightened account security by presenting account administrators with tighter administrative oversight of their various user accounts across multiple vendors. User experience is also improved by offering them the opportunity to consolidate the number of passwords they need to remember into a single strong password, ideally in conjunction with two factor authentication (2FA).

NS1 currently supports authentication through the identity provider (IDP) Okta. If you would like to use a different identity management system that supports SAML please contact [email protected] for additional information.

To configure SSO for your account you will need to send an email request to [email protected] with the details of your SSO requirements.
