Earlier this year we rolled out monitoring notifications delivered via Slack and PagerDuty. When we asked our customers for help deciding which apps we should integrate with next, the name we kept hearing again and again was HipChat. Well, we’ve heard you loud and clear and we’re pleased to announce our integration with Atlassian’s popular messenger app is now accessible to all NS1 customers.
Setting up your own HipChat notifications is easy. All you need to do is create a notification token in your HipChat account and identify the room where alerts should be sent. Simply enter these two inputs when creating your new notifier in the Notifications section of the NS1 portal.
